Jazmin MI came in for a procedure and from the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and everything feels personal. You're taken to a room where you meet Dr. Poucher and talk about your concerns, and then sit with the patient coordinator to go over financials. When you come in for the procedure, you're given a gown and socks to change into. The assistants were great and did really good in making you feel comfortable. I'm still waiting on results, but area already looks better. I would 100% recommend Dr. Poucher.Posted on Google

She makes you feel so comfortable during her exams and even during the procedures. 10/10 recommend. The office is so beautiful and makes you feel so at peace the second you walk in. Annie is another amazing soul that works there. She is so sweet, knows so much about what the procedures and can answer basically any question you may have. She is the type of person who will do whatever is needed to make things happen for the patients. Absolute gem! Hayley was such an angel as well. She was with me from beginning to end. She prepped me for the surgery, was with me throughout the case, and took care of me after the procedure. She kept me calm and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I loved having her there with me! Mikayla is so sweet and welcoming. Everytime I've arrived at the office she was so kind and friendly, always has a smile on her face, and also made me feel so comfortable with the process. I highly recommend Dr. Poucher and her amazing staff if you need surgery. The all woman staff is such a game changer.
